Love Cheese Live Seafood Ambassador and Founder of We Are Particular & Co

I’m proud to say that I have 200 years maritime history and today, I’m able to carry on my family’s fishy traditions. Along with my fishing heritage, my grandfather was a dairy farmer, so I’m very excited to combine the two at Love Cheese Live.

For over 15 years I’ve been working with some of the world’s most incredible seafood sources, such as Iceland, Norway, Faroe and around the British Isles. I’ve travelled the fishy world and met some colourful characters along the way! With this experience behind me, I wanted to create a future focused company that values fish welfare, sustainability, the environment and all the people along the way. This idea grew into a brand, Particular & Co and is making its way into farm shops and independent retailers throughout the country.

It’s my ambition to share my love of seafood and the beautiful environment around it.
